Law Of Attraction – Attracting Money
Attracting money is easier than you think.
However, many people don’t do it correctly. They believe that they have to work hard in order to make money only to find that, rather than creating more money, they only create more work. But if you understand The Law of Attraction, this paradox actually makes a lot of sense.
The law of attraction dictates that whatever you focus on, manifests in your life. So if you focus all your attention on work, then more work is what the Universe is going to give you.
Attracting money really doesn’t require you to do any work at all. The universe is infinitely abundant. Money is everywhere.
To make matters worse, the people who work hard to make more money, have their focus on negative things that they need the money for. Such as paying bills, their mortgage, car payments, loans, student debt etc. This thinking usually ends with, I need to work harder. And the paradoxical cycle continues.
So how do you attract money in such a way that you don’t attract more work?
It’s actually quite simple. Attracting money properly, requires you to focus on the desire (to have more money), not what you want the money for. What you want it to help you do or have.
We already focus on money and work and meeting our needs, and look what happens. The Law of Attraction brings us money and work and meets our needs (we eat, we have shelter, and we’re not dead yet). Focus on that which we desire and the Law of Attraction will also bring us the means to attain it. It’s not an either/or situation. The universe will provide all you with anything and everything you want.
Fear of scarcity and lack cloud our ability to recognize our current state of abundance. We’re so afraid of losing what we have or of not having enough for what we need that we cling to whatever we do have. We hold on to junk and clutter our lives, which keeps us off from the free flow of infinite abundance that is our natural state. Our focus on scarcity and lack creates more scarcity and lack (what you focus on you get). Our focus on the little we do have keeps us having little.
Money is just a means to an end, if you believe money to be evil then you may be subconsciously blocking it’s flow into your life. If you believe that wealthy people are bad people, you are subconsciously keeping yourself from being a wealthy person. Removing the negative stigma you may have about money is a invaluable step in you attracting more money.
Keep in mind that everything is in motion in the universe. Disengaging from the natural flow will reinforce the illusion of scarcity and lack. Engaging in the flow is the way to attract money. So visualize and focus on what you want, instead of how to get there and pretty soon money will follow.
Law Of Attraction – It’s A Lie
I came across this very interesting and thought provoking Law of Attraction post today and felt that I should pass it along. Anyone interested in The Law of Attraction will (should) find it equally interesting.
It was at the center of the biggest self-help phenomenon of the last few decades.
Now, everyone knows the secret was…The Law Of Attraction. The notion that, through cosmic law, whatever you focus on necessarily grows, so, rather than focusing on what you don’t want, hold what you do want in your mind…and watch it blossom.
But, what if the fundamental basis for the law of attraction was made-up?
What if it wasn’t a law at all, but really just a theory or hypothesis? What if it wasn’t as provable, self-evident or sacrosanct as Newton’s law or any of the other laws of physics that have been proven through verifiable, scientific study and replication?
What if it’s effectiveness was really much more about basic human nature and failing to acknowledge this dramatically limited, rather than strengthened it’s effect?
As proof of the law of attraction’s “law-ness,” a parade of visionaries appeared…
Each one was mesmerizing. Captivating speakers, from Joe Vitale to Jack Canfield and Neale Donald Walsch to John Assaraf. Fascinating to watch. They spoke to the impact the law of attraction has had on their lives and the lives of thousands of others. Then, explanations based in “science” were proffered. Because, for us to accept something as law, we need proof. It needs to work all the time, regardless of belief, for all the people.
It’s all about quantum physics…
Every thought, we learned, creates a measurable electromagnetic wave that is “perceivable” on a subtle level, by others. At least the first part of this is verifiably true, by modern methodology. And, the latter claim, that others perceive and have the ability to respond to these vibrations, I cannot prove…but, for the sake of optimism, I am open to.
We were then told that, in nature, like attracts like. So, if you constantly focus your thoughts on what you want to manifest, rather that what you want to avoid, those around you whose thoughts are also resonating at the frequency associated with that same positive intention will be attracted to you. And, the net-effect will be the manifestation of all you desire.
Interesting…though, I don’t quite buy it
- First, in nature, as a general rule, like does not attract like, like repels like. Magnetism and polarity is one of the purest examples of this. The same poles of magnets fight to get away from each other, while opposite poles desperately seek to connect. Same thing with electricity, like charges repel each other, while differing charges attract. So, if our thoughts emit electro-magnetic waves all day and other beings can, in fact detect and respond to them, the far more “natural” assumption is that others with “like” thoughts and similar electromagnetic waves will be repelled, not drawn to us.
- Second, harmonic resonance doesn’t explain the law of attraction. Harmonic resonance says when an object vibrating at one frequency is placed close enough to a similar object that vibrates at the same frequency, the vibrations from the first object slowly entrain the objects around it to vibrate, too. A tuning fork is the simplest example. Strike it an place it next to another tuning fork of the same note and they both begin to vibrate at a similar frequency. Problem is, we are not tuning forks.
Harmonic resonance assumes that those other objects (a) are at rest, before being exposed to the original object, making them “free” to adopt the other object’s vibrations, (b) vibrate at the identical frequency, and (c) do not actively generate their own conflicting vibrations of equal or greater strength. Human beings satisfy none of these conditions.
We are not “empty” of our own electromagnetic vibrations or waves, we are not identically structured to resonate at identical frequencies and, in fact, we create a non-stop stream of very strong vibrations all day long.
While these explanations seemed less than convincing, there was something that still nagged at me…
While I didn’t find universal truth in the explanations offered to explain the law of attraction, I’d actually experienced the effect of focusing on constructive outcomes. It worked. But, not because of electromagnetic waves or harmonic resonance.
The answer, in my mind, is so much simpler, so much more practical.
We are so much closer to dogs than we know. Subject to conditioning much the same way Pavlov’s pooches salivated at the ring of a bell. For us to take action, especially sustained and repeated action toward the attainment of any goal, we need to believe the outcome, no matter how remote, is on some level attainable. Without that belief, there is no action. And, without action, there is no accomplishment. And…
Repetition fuels belief!
Take the smartest people in the world and begin to repeat to them a conclusion that they know to be false. In the beginning they outright reject it. Over time, though, they not only become open to the idea, but, through, relentless repetition, it becomes incontrovertible gospel.
Repetition creates belief. This is the basis of all thought-conditioning…also known as brainwashing. It’s the fundamental tool of every cult. But, as much as it can be used for destructive ends, it can also be harnessed to form the basis of great achievement.
Repeatedly visualizing a deeply sought after goal, seeing, feeling , hearing yourself accomplish this goal, over and over, has a profound effect. It conditions you slowly away from self-doubt and disbelief and moves you increasingly toward belief.
And, the more you believe, the more likely you are to act…
Not just big, life-altering actions, though. When you believe something, even marginally, you begin to do a thousand little things differently. You talk to people you’d normally avoid. You ask questions you’d have been to shy to ask. You help people you’d normally ignore. You dress a little better. You interact with more confidence. You carry yourself differently.
You invest time, energy, hours and funds in yourself and others without really noticing how differently you are presenting yourself to the world. To those who come in contact with you, you are different.
And the net result of those dozens of microscopic changes in your behavior, in a daily basis is two-fold:
- People perceive you differently – they become responsive because they read in you a sense of confidence, commitment and raw-energy that they want to participate in.
- All the little actions begin to add up – the thousands of nearly imperceptible changes in behavior and modest actions taken on a consistent, daily basis, begin to yield results to take you a step closer to your visualized goal.
And, each positive interaction and baby step, begins to further fuel the belief that was set in motion by your initial conditioning. This sets in motion a belief, action, attainment cycle that becomes increasingly unstoppable.
So, in the end, you really don’t need to leap down the quantum physics rabbit hole and buy into the existence of some Law of Attraction.
If you want to, that’s fine. But, it’s really so much simpler than that.
Repeatedly visualizing a goal as if you had already attained it conditions you to believe it’s possible. Over time, as that conditioning takes root through repetition, your belief in success leads you to act differently on many levels and take actions you’d never have taken.
Those actions increasingly deliver results and inspire you to believe your vision is attainable on a deeper level. Which inspires even more action. And, as people around you see you not only succeeding, but becoming more confident, they will respond to that confidence, too.
It’s all very concrete.
And, it also explains why even the most dogged focus on the attainment of a goal will bring you nothing without an equal commitment to action.
So, what do you think?
Is the law of attraction real? Is it bunk? Are the quantum physics validations behind it valid? Or, is something far simpler, yet equally impactful going on?

Law Of Attraction – What Is It
The “Law of Attraction,” is the idea that because of our connection with a “universal energy force,” our thoughts and feelings have the ability to manipulate this energy force to our liking.
If our thoughts are negative (even though outwardly we are expressing positively), we attract negative things. If our feelings are positive, we attract positive things.
This means that we all have the power to create our own reality. We all can create our own destiny.
By consistently and fully apply “The Law of Attraction”, we can have everything we want to have and be whomever we want to be.
The Pygmalion effect is based on the idea that expectations can influence beliefs, behavior and thus results. The “Law of Attraction” goes even beyond that. It basically states that we attract towards us whatever we generate and create in our minds and feelings.
Through our thoughts these “Universa”l energies obey our ‘requests’ so that we are able to virtually create our own realities with our thoughts.
The Law of Attraction is like the internet. If you don’t use the correct search words when looking for something, you won’t get the desired result (what you’re looking for). The search engine doesn’t work on it’s own. it’s neutral and only responds to your clear intention (search word). In this sense YOU are the creator.
The Law of Attraction works the same way by returning to you what you are thinking about (search word).
Do I Believe The Law of Attraction Works?
I have first-hand experience successfully manifesting desired outcomes using The Law of Attraction. I refuse to believe what I’ve accomplished is due to serendipity or coincidence. When I’ve applied fully and completely The Law of Attataction I can point to results.
Here’s how I see “The Law” . . . . Visualization +Emotion +Action=Manifestation. You don’t even have to “believe” in “The Law” for it to work.
The key element in my equation above is “Emotion”.
Here’s a good place to explore “The Law of Attraction” for yourself
The Secret of Intentional Wealth – It’s Not What You Think
Intentional wealth is the topic in the movie The Secret. Most people think that the secret of intentional wealth is the law of attraction. The law of attraction states that what you think about and focus on is what manifests in your reality.
They are wrong. Well, in part. The law of attraction is a law and it does create the reality of each and every one of us. But, the secret to actually creating what we want is in knowing how to apply the law of attraction to manifest what we want in our daily lives.
The next generation of law of attraction experts, such as Margaret Lynch and Joe Vitale actually teach you applicable methods focused on ensuring that manifestation works in your life.
The Secret is Learning How to Control Your Subconscious
Most of us know how to control our conscious thinking. However, our conscious thinking is less than 20% of our overall thinking. The remaining 80% is your subconscious thinking and these thoughts and feelings are generated automatically in your system as a result of years of programming.
This is where everyone who begins to study law of attraction gets frustrated. They think about and write down the goals they want to manifest and then do not understand why the law of attraction is not working.
This is because it applies to 100% of our thinking and there is part of your other 80% that is causing blockages to your manifestation.
How do you get the remaining 80% of your thinking to focus on wealth, prosperity and manifesting money and freedom in your life?
Practicing Actual Methods Is the Secret
Applying the law of attraction in your subconscious realm requires the application of underlying methods and these methods are not ones that come to you naturally. You need to first know about them and then practice applying them.
Think about any other practical skill you have learned. For example, playing tennis. You cannot just know that you have to hit the ball hard with a racket and then you become a tennis start. You have to actually learn how to hold the tennis grip and how to conduct a perfect swing. Then, you need to get out on a court and practice, practice, practice.
The good news about wealth manifestation is that in the past few years, practitioners have perfected fast and effective methods and tools that work for anyone. The great thing is that some methods only take 7 minutes a day and will eliminate blockages that were caused by years and years of negative thinking and teachings.
You can now learn to create intentional wealth in your life by practicing simple methods that take very little time in your life.

Manifestation: A Powerful Tool
Why not stop and think about it, what you are manifesting right now.
How do you feel about what you are manifesting and do you feel like it is your creation?
You may have some doubts about this but you are already an expert at manifesting?
Just look at everything around you and all the experiences that you have been having.
If we can move forward from that belief that we are already creating the things that are in front of us, we can also think that it is possible to change what we are manifesting.
So if manifestation is a given, then how do we change what we are manifesting.
Focus on what you want: Focus on the feelings of what you want and feel positive about it, positive about having it, feel good in your body and emotions.
The opposite of this is to focus on not having it and that we should have it. This is an important point so think about this for awhile. Think back to the experiences that you have had and how you felt about those things before they were delivered. Think about things that came easy and things that were difficult. Use you own experiences to take this point to a deeper level deeper.
Start to take inspired action towards having what you want. Inspired action means to take action with awareness of how it makes us feel as we move towards having what we want.
Taking action with awareness allows us to know when we are coming across some limiting beliefs and to recognize the negative voice that tells us to stop or change direction.
The simplest method to follow when we hit a negative belief, it to just ignore it and replace it with a positive one. This may take some repetition but it is well worth it.
There are plenty of other techniques for belief change which can be used at a later stage. Starting the ball rolling is the most important thing at first.
Continue to take action with awareness and you will know when you making the decisions that will support what you want. If you get off track, just laugh and get back on again.
Choose what resources you would like to help you and stay aware for their delivery.
Personal growth is a lot about knowing who we really are and using conscious manifestation is a great tool to learn a lot about ourselves. When you master conscious manifestation you will also realize at a deeper level that it was really you who created all those experiences.
Manifest Your Desires Part 2
Part 2 of 2
As Lucky As The Only Man In A Women’s Prison With A Fist Full Of Pardons!
Well, as it turned out, she stood me up because I avoided her during the week and she thought I forgot or changed my mind because I didn’t remind her.
Our imaginations can cause us to feel the thrill of triumph, or, the feeling of getting caught with our pants down. Here is another scenario for you. When I started my second online business, I did a lot of research to determine what the roadblocks there would be and how much competition I had to deal with.
I was astonished when I went to the search engines and found over 5 million competing sites for the very competitive keywords I needed. So, I decided this would have to be a very precision undertaking and would require the right mind-set to stay motivated enough to see it through.
I described to myself the kind of imagination that would be necessary to succeed. I wanted to be in the top ten of at least two major search engines with one keyword. So, every time I imagined my site on a search results page, I would see it in the top ten listings.
Filled To The Brim!
About 4 months of intensive effort and keeping my desire in my imagination, and whalla!…I’m there. But, not with just one keyword, I’m there with four keywords and in 4 major engines all in the top ten. Someone said, “are you telling me you just imagined yourself into the top ten”?
Yes and no. If I hadn’t kept my focus on the desired imagination, I would never have lasted for the amount of effort it required. The easiest part was the imagination part. The harder part was the grinding it out day by day. But, with the wrong kind of focus, your imagination will sap your strength and leave you in a fine kettle of fish.
Make No Bones About It!
Imagination without perspiration is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Our imagination was created to do a specific job, and it does it very well. It was not meant to be a garbage dump for “life sucks, my goose is cooked, up the dirty river, dead as a dodo kind of attitude.”
Now, if you use it that way, it will take that attitude and process your dream into a living color sewage dump while you stand around scratching your rear end trying to figure out what happened.
But, if you describe to your imagination the wonderful things that you would like to see happen, then your imagination has the fuel it needs to keep you motivated. And, the next time you need some get-up-and-go, you’ll feel the fire in your desire.
Next time you find yourself in a situation that you really need to succeed in, do this. Write down the most positive outcomes you can think of that could possibly happen. Write down 4-6 outcomes that seem plausible. Then, read them daily, everyday until the project is completed.
Entertain High Hopes!
Will this guarantee success? You know better than that. Here’s the guarantee. If you do it, your chances are a hundred times greater of success than if you don’t because your imagination will be supporting you, aiding you, giving you a feeling of signed, sealed and delivered. That’s when living gets fun.
Manifest Your Desires
Part 1 of two
Imagine this. You’ve got this huge dream you just turned into an exciting accomplishment. You had a huge problem you turned into a beautiful masterpiece. You had a giant obstacle you formed into a personal triumph, and now….., you give a long stare at your prized possession and say, ain’t that just the cat’s pajamas.
There’s Just One Problem!
That’s not the way most people imagine. Yep, most people imagine the thing falling all apart. They put their “imaginer” in reverse and see all sorts of doo-doo falling on them. Why do they do that? Here is one observation.
They have never been told by someone or told themselves to do otherwise. Now wait a minute before you grab the remote control. Think about this. What did you do in the first paragraph? Did you imagine all kinds of doo-doo falling on you? NO! Why? Because I told you what to imagine.
Now, if you did like I asked you to, you imagined some wonderful incident in your life and how that would play out if all those wonderful things happened. And, it made you feel terrific. So, it stands to reason, if we would imagine all kinds of wonderful things happening, at the beginning of an opportunity, similar results would happen.
Things tend to play out in reality the way they play out in our imaginations. The exact specifics of any situation may not look just like they did in our imagination, but, the end result is the imagined conclusion.
For example; I remember when I was a young teenage boy. I had a crush on a girl that I wanted a date with so bad. I imagined that there was no chance for me cause she was soooo… beautiful. I imagined that she would laugh at me if I even looked like I wanted to ask her for a date.
A Faint Heart Never Won A Fair Maiden!
Well, somehow I managed to get up the nerve to ask her for a date the next Friday night. Now mind you, all that week I was imagining her telling me, in one of our classes, that she had to cancel. So, I tried my best to avoid her the whole week. But, she didn’t cancel.
You know what she did? Yep; she stood me up. I was too afraid to call during the week to confirm the date because I didn’t want her to tell me she couldn’t go. So, I just show up at her house at the prescribed time and her father tells me she went out with the girls.
Well, dummy me, I said, do you know what time she’ll be back? He laughed and said, no. Here’s the point. The details didn’t play out exactly the way I had imagined them, but the end result was just what I imagined; no date with miss beautiful.

Switchwords – How To Use Them
Switchwords is a little-known 60 year-old secret top achievers have been using to make their dreams come true. If the law of attraction hasn’t been working for you keep readking.
Switchwords are truly magic words that vibrate to a human truth and to our own intuitive knowing. They are a doorway to the Kingdom within. Freud seems to have first noticed that there are specific words that trigger responses from the unconscious.
James Mangam came up with the concept of positive triggers in the nineteen fifties and spread it in the sixties in his book, “The Secret to Perfect Living,” (now in a new printing). Some switchwords are ancient words that have been around for eons. Others are catchy keywords in songs or in TV commercials. They contain the essence of an experience, a condition or a feeling. Other switchwords have a personal appeal.
Follow That Impulse!
When you use a Switchword, you will often get an impulse or a thought to do something, and that is the response to your command, or suggestion. Follow that impulse! If you ask a friend to help you out and you then refuse that help, you can imagine what will happen.
If you use the Switchword COUNT, to make money, and you get an idea, follow it up. The thoughts or impulses may seem illogical, but remember that they are not coming from a place of logic, but of knowing.
For example, you may want to rejuvenate your business, and so you use the word LEARN. Using it often, suddenly you think of a friend you haven’t talked to in a long time. What does that have to do with your business? But call them! You may find, in talking about your business, that they are experiencing the same thing and have found the most wonderful consultant to help them. Follow that impulse!
Like many people, I have had problems with negative thinking about others, and I find if I use the Switchword FORGIVE when I notice I’m in one of those loops, the thoughts clear fairly soon. If they come back, I just use FORGIVE again. It has worked in the most difficult situations, and is beginning to train me to go to forgiveness sooner in my thinking.
Switchwords: List Of Words To Use
Switchwords create a bridge between what we want and desire, and the Inner Being that can help us achieve our goals.
We use these words to gain help or inspiration or wisdom from within. They work for healing, for manifestation, for character development, for spiritual growth, indeed for almost any aspect of human life. Their use can bring self-confidence and renewal. LEARN is one important Switchword for just this. CHANGE is another powerful switchword to relieve pain, or speed healing. Say it until you have a positive change.
The Switchword TOGETHER is the master key to re-establishing that inner relationship. This is what James Mangam discovered. The word is a hypnotic suggestion that opens the door to the vast storehouse of knowledge, personal and planetary, that is within us. It reflects the truth that we are all in this together, plants, animals and people.
Because it speaks the truth in a single word, it bypasses ego and all its works, like skepticism and argument. Other Switchwords are shortcuts to specific information that is held in our unconscious for handling specific issues. They all work best if thought of as a suggestion, an intention.
One way to begin exploring switchwords is to simply say the switchword, TOGETHER, in a thoughtful and aware way. Say it several times. Think about how it feels, what it makes you think of, and what your impulse is after saying it. Some people cry, others laugh and some become very quiet and centered. Or try this.
The next time you lose track of something, say REACH. Perhaps say it more than once, and then follow your inner prompting to where the thing might be. You may be very surprised! If you have trouble getting to sleep when your mind just won’t shut down, try the switchword OFF. Say it several times and you may slip off to slumber easily.
