How To Avoid Making The Top 5 Mistakes When Buying On The Internet!
You’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who hasn’t done some online shopping. Convenience, range of options, savings potential, no legwork – there’s plenty of practical (and indulgent) reasons for the growing popularity of online shopping.
Online sales among the top 500 retailers grew more than 11- percent in 2008 to $115.85 billion, up from $103.69 billion in 2007.
In an economic climate in which sales have plummeted for traditional shopping venues, online retail sales continue to grow.
People who rely on online shopping swear by it.
Veteran Internet purchasers have learned, often the hard way, how to avoid the problems that are sometimes associated with online shopping. However, the benefits of online shopping can far outweigh any risks if you’re armed with some knowledge and good old fashioned common sense.
In fact, millions of people shop online every day with no problems. By avoiding some of the most common mistakes made when purchasing a self-help or personal development product online, you can quickly become a savvy and safe online shopper.
Five common mistakes people make when buying a towable tube online include failure to:
1. Verify the credentials of an online shop before doing business.
2. Verify the online retailers return/refund policy.
3. Check out the retailer’s customer service accessibility and safe shopping status.
4. Qualify the retailer’s selection and competitive pricing/buyer’s guide.
5. Check out shipping options, and customer satisfaction guarantee.
When deciding to make a purchase online, you can get some practical experience under your belt in no time. You can also avoid hassles and regrets by following some simple guidelines that will pay off economically while providing all the conveniences that go with online shopping.
Following are some important deal breakers when purchasing from an online retailer:
1. Customer Service
Your first test of any online retailer should be to make sure they offer excellent customer service. From start to finish, you should be able to have your questions answered, concerns addressed and information provided with little to no effort.
It is essential that the retailer has a telephone number for customer service. If you’re new to online shopping, you might be surprised to discover how many online retailers list no telephone number for customer service (an e-mail address is often the only contact link.) Any reputable retailer will make itself available to its customers. The most reliable online sellers offer telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and even online instant messaging for customer service.
Whether you are sure you’re ready to purchase your towable tube, or if you’re simply shopping around, it’s always a good idea to make sure you are dealing with a knowledgeable and friendly sales and service staff. Pick up the phone and ask questions before placing an order. You do not want to rely on e-mail communications if you run into a problem with your towable tube order.
2. Selection, Comparison Guides, and Competitive Pricing
When choosing your towable tube, there is no reason you can’t find exactly the right one for you by shopping online. In fact, not only are you going to discover the largest selection possible on the Internet, you’re going to find the largest variety of related product categories, product reviews, and manufacturer’s descriptions. Many online retailers provide price and product comparison guides as well, so you will know exactly where the best deals can be found.
The best Internet sites will offer detailed photographs of each towable tube, along with a buyer’s guide and glossary of terms to familiarize consumers with relevant terms and information to help you make the best decision.
3. Safe Shopping Guarantees/ Order Tracking
Safe online shopping is critical; be sure to order from sites with 100-percent secure shopping and encrypted ordering – look for accredited secure shopping icons featuring Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) typically displayed at the bottom of the website page. Secure browsers will display a “lock” icon somewhere in the browser window (but not in the web page display).
Click (or double-click) on the lock icon to see the site’s security details. Make sure to test the functionality of the lock icons, as fraudulent sites will have non-working SSL icons to mislead.
Additionally, a web address that begins with “https://” tells you you’re on a secure site. The http stands for “Hyper Text Transfer Protocol” which is simply standard Web language, and the “s” stands for the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) we discussed previously.
The https in front of the URL indicates that you are in a “secure session,” another protocol developed to ensure safe, secure Internet transactions.
BBB accreditation is a plus. Also, watch for payment options that offer order tracking service. Check out the site’s privacy and security policy and determine how carefully your information is guarded before you place your order.
4. Hassle-Free Return Policy
Most likely, your online towable tube purchase will be exactly what you expected. Still, there are a myriad of reasons that an item might need to be returned, and you want to be sure your online merchant has a no-hassle return policy. Make sure you know how your order will ship and when it will arrive. Your Internet retailer should always provide you with a tracking number, and have options governing international shipping. Familiarize yourself with these policies ahead of time so that if an item needs to be returned, you’re covered.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
What more can you ask from an online retailer? Most reputable Internet merchants offer this blanket assurance that tells you you’re covered, no matter what.
Online shopping guarantees, once the domain of Internet heavy hitters like eBay and Amazon.com, have become standard for all online retailers large and small. With billions of dollars in profits at stake, any reputable seller will have a no-holds-barred, 100-percent satisfaction guarantee in place. Without it, sensible shoppers simply will move on to another site that does promise complete satisfaction. When it comes to online retail outlets, the competition for customers is fierce. As a consumer, you can and should expect guarantees and shop with only those retailers who provide them.
Just a little knowledge and common sense go long way in making your online shopping experience safe and enjoyable. When you’re ready to purchase your self-help or personal development product, there is no reason to settle for anything less than the one that’s right for you. Online retailers offer more options, prices, and information at your fingertips in minutes than you could find in a month of conventional shopping. Follow these simple guidelines and discover the many ways online purchasing can benefit you!
The Secret of Intentional Wealth – It’s Not What You Think
Intentional wealth is the topic in the movie The Secret. Most people think that the secret of intentional wealth is the law of attraction. The law of attraction states that what you think about and focus on is what manifests in your reality.
They are wrong. Well, in part. The law of attraction is a law and it does create the reality of each and every one of us. But, the secret to actually creating what we want is in knowing how to apply the law of attraction to manifest what we want in our daily lives.
The next generation of law of attraction experts, such as Margaret Lynch and Joe Vitale actually teach you applicable methods focused on ensuring that manifestation works in your life.
The Secret is Learning How to Control Your Subconscious
Most of us know how to control our conscious thinking. However, our conscious thinking is less than 20% of our overall thinking. The remaining 80% is your subconscious thinking and these thoughts and feelings are generated automatically in your system as a result of years of programming.
This is where everyone who begins to study law of attraction gets frustrated. They think about and write down the goals they want to manifest and then do not understand why the law of attraction is not working.
This is because it applies to 100% of our thinking and there is part of your other 80% that is causing blockages to your manifestation.
How do you get the remaining 80% of your thinking to focus on wealth, prosperity and manifesting money and freedom in your life?
Practicing Actual Methods Is the Secret
Applying the law of attraction in your subconscious realm requires the application of underlying methods and these methods are not ones that come to you naturally. You need to first know about them and then practice applying them.
Think about any other practical skill you have learned. For example, playing tennis. You cannot just know that you have to hit the ball hard with a racket and then you become a tennis start. You have to actually learn how to hold the tennis grip and how to conduct a perfect swing. Then, you need to get out on a court and practice, practice, practice.
The good news about wealth manifestation is that in the past few years, practitioners have perfected fast and effective methods and tools that work for anyone. The great thing is that some methods only take 7 minutes a day and will eliminate blockages that were caused by years and years of negative thinking and teachings.
You can now learn to create intentional wealth in your life by practicing simple methods that take very little time in your life.

Switchwords – How To Use Them
Switchwords is a little-known 60 year-old secret top achievers have been using to make their dreams come true. If the law of attraction hasn’t been working for you keep readking.
Switchwords are truly magic words that vibrate to a human truth and to our own intuitive knowing. They are a doorway to the Kingdom within. Freud seems to have first noticed that there are specific words that trigger responses from the unconscious.
James Mangam came up with the concept of positive triggers in the nineteen fifties and spread it in the sixties in his book, “The Secret to Perfect Living,” (now in a new printing). Some switchwords are ancient words that have been around for eons. Others are catchy keywords in songs or in TV commercials. They contain the essence of an experience, a condition or a feeling. Other switchwords have a personal appeal.
Follow That Impulse!
When you use a Switchword, you will often get an impulse or a thought to do something, and that is the response to your command, or suggestion. Follow that impulse! If you ask a friend to help you out and you then refuse that help, you can imagine what will happen.
If you use the Switchword COUNT, to make money, and you get an idea, follow it up. The thoughts or impulses may seem illogical, but remember that they are not coming from a place of logic, but of knowing.
For example, you may want to rejuvenate your business, and so you use the word LEARN. Using it often, suddenly you think of a friend you haven’t talked to in a long time. What does that have to do with your business? But call them! You may find, in talking about your business, that they are experiencing the same thing and have found the most wonderful consultant to help them. Follow that impulse!
Like many people, I have had problems with negative thinking about others, and I find if I use the Switchword FORGIVE when I notice I’m in one of those loops, the thoughts clear fairly soon. If they come back, I just use FORGIVE again. It has worked in the most difficult situations, and is beginning to train me to go to forgiveness sooner in my thinking.
Switchwords: List Of Words To Use
Switchwords create a bridge between what we want and desire, and the Inner Being that can help us achieve our goals.
We use these words to gain help or inspiration or wisdom from within. They work for healing, for manifestation, for character development, for spiritual growth, indeed for almost any aspect of human life. Their use can bring self-confidence and renewal. LEARN is one important Switchword for just this. CHANGE is another powerful switchword to relieve pain, or speed healing. Say it until you have a positive change.
The Switchword TOGETHER is the master key to re-establishing that inner relationship. This is what James Mangam discovered. The word is a hypnotic suggestion that opens the door to the vast storehouse of knowledge, personal and planetary, that is within us. It reflects the truth that we are all in this together, plants, animals and people.
Because it speaks the truth in a single word, it bypasses ego and all its works, like skepticism and argument. Other Switchwords are shortcuts to specific information that is held in our unconscious for handling specific issues. They all work best if thought of as a suggestion, an intention.
One way to begin exploring switchwords is to simply say the switchword, TOGETHER, in a thoughtful and aware way. Say it several times. Think about how it feels, what it makes you think of, and what your impulse is after saying it. Some people cry, others laugh and some become very quiet and centered. Or try this.
The next time you lose track of something, say REACH. Perhaps say it more than once, and then follow your inner prompting to where the thing might be. You may be very surprised! If you have trouble getting to sleep when your mind just won’t shut down, try the switchword OFF. Say it several times and you may slip off to slumber easily.

Switchwords: Creating Wealth
Recently, Sheila (my wife) made me aware of a newly discovered (by her) ”technique” for manifesting. But she only made me aware of after experiencing what can only be called “dramatic” and “amazing” results.
She has manifested great amounts of money as well as non financial results.
I’m a believer and plan to now start using switchwords myself in my personal manifesting program.
The Secret To Becoming a Millionaire is Simply Using The Right Words
Certain words produce amazing results, as if by magic.
All you desire in life, including everlasting wealth can be yours, depending on the words with which you express yourself.
Words have power. They can make you laugh. Or cry. Build a cathedral or skyscraper. Fight for your country. Who can ever forget the speeches of Winston Churchill, which stirred a nation. March for peace. Back your ideas with a million dollars. Or flock to buy your product!
What Are Switchwords
Switchwords are words that flip specific “switches” in the subconscious mind using the vibration of very poignant words. The more the words are repeated, the
more they affect your energy. The more they affect your energy, the more you draw to you the things those words represent.
A researcher and genius named James T. Mangan (1896-1970)…identified about 100 certain single words that are extraordinarily effective when used as an intentional creative thought, to bring about a specific desired result. He called these special words “switchwords.
A “switchword” is the essence of an experience, condition, or desired result, expressed as a single word. Declare, affirm, chant, sing, or even just mentally “intend” the switchword, and like turning on an electric lamp with a switch, the desired result reliably appears.
One example of a Switchword is COUNT
The Switchword COUNT is “to make money.” So, why is COUNT the Switchword for making money? Because COUNT is a condition that happens every time you come in contact with money.
When you buy something, you count money to give the cashier. When you receive change back, it is counted for you. When you see a pile of money on the counter, you count it. When you check to see how much money you have on you, you count it.
Banks store money in acCOUNTs; financial record-keepers are acCOUNTants; retail shops have check-out COUNTers where customers give money for their purchases.
Switchwords: Your Magic Wand To Prosperity
Using certain words as a “SWITCH” is like turning on a light in you subconscious. These words are POWERFUL for getting you more of what you want. As you use these words you FOCUS your energy like a laser and results are incredible.
A good way to get acquainted with the switchword COUNT is to silently repeat it throughout your activities for an entire day, and watch what happens … something will! This can be fun, since COUNT is unspecific and the results are often surprising.
Sheila (my wife) tried this and within a few days she received an unexpected check for $1,300.00 for an overpayment of taxes!
Her daily books sales have increased by as much as 25%!
An0ther way is to specify a financial goal and apply COUNT to it. For example, if you want to earn or receive $10,000, affirm or declare often “$10,000 COUNT” until it is a physical reality in your life.
Money occurs to poor people as something you have (or don’t have).
Money occurs to middle-class people as something you do (like a job).
Money occurs to wealthy people as something you ARE.
Since money does not exist in Nature on its own, like a cloud, tree, or lake; it is entirely an invention of human thought, to facilitate the exchange of goods and services in an orderly, convenient, and balanced way. As such, the way money shows up in your life is highly influenced by your thoughts.
However, since money is a social phenomenon, it also necessarily always exists in the physical universe in some form (paper, plastic, metals, or tiny electromagnetic impulses in a computer).
So, to deliberately create financial income, four basic elements are always necessary:
- deliberate creative thought
- interaction with other people
- moving things around in the physical universe
- time.
Switchwords can facilitate your mastery of all of these elements.
It’s recommended to use one-word switchwords, especially for beginners — it’s the easiest, simplest, focused and effective way. Nevertheless, some combinations of switchwords can be very useful for financial increase.
- TOGETHER COUNT
- TOGETHER FIND
Don’t underestimate the power and capabilities of these simple word combinations. Frequently declaring, affirming, or chanting TOGETHER COUNT and TOGETHER FIND can eventually give you such a satisfying and wonderful life and financial situation that you cannot imagine anything better for yourself.

Hypnosis: Is It Safe
In a word . . . YES!
Hypnosis can be one of the most powerful tools you can use to make positive change in any area of your life.
Hypnosis is no more dangerous than a daydream. It is actually very relaxing and is used extensively to relieve stress and anxiety.
Hypnosis can be used to focus on achieving goals and even eliminating minor aches and pains. Scientists, psychologists, medical professionals and hypnotherapists have been using hypnosis for over 200 years. And no one has ever been hurt by simply going into hypnosis.
Hypnosist has been used by the medical profession and others for a great variety of things, such as anesthesia, behavioral change and psychosomatic illness.
But what about those people I’ve seen acting like fools on TV while hypnotized. The truth is <strong>you can’t be made to do anything under hypnosis that you don’t want to do. You remain completely in control and can end a hypnotic state when you want to.
The hyypnotherapist is not in control of your mind . . . you are. Hypnosis is a consensual state. As a matter of fact, the hypnotherapist is really just acting as a coach or guide. He or she knows a number of hypnotic inductions where, if you follow the instructions, you will become focused, relaxed and go into a wonderful state of relazation.
When you go into hypnosis, you are always going to be conscious – you will never be unconscious. Whatever the hypnotist is having you focus on is a function of your conscious mind. Typically, the hypnotist will have you focus on relaxation and going into a deeper state of relaxation.
Because all the levels of the mind have protective functions, no matter how deeply you go into hypnosis, you’ll always be able to protect yourself. If a suggestion were given to you that you don’t like, you would automatically reject it.
If it was something that you really didn’t like, you would probably even emerge from your hypnotic state.
